The Bitbean Design Process

01: Discovery: Understand the problem -- primarily from the Business' perspective. Includes Stakeholder meetings.

02: Design: Understand the problem from the User's perspective: Includes User Research, Brand and Competitive Analysis followed by Ideation, Wire framing, Testing & Iteration and Final Mockups.

03: Build: Hand over the Design to Developers. Iterate if required. Gather ideas for next iteration.

04: Launch: Go Live. Continue Ideation and abbreviated Research which feeds into Discovery.

A compromise

We tried balancing the business's needs for quick results and adhering to best UX practices by incorporating Design Thinking (Extended Research), Lean UX (Iteartion) and Agile (Development) as illustrated in "Better Together"
